time for a list then...

a list of things that should be done (then it's up to the MOT to decide the rest)

outside
- new radiator (done)
- new headlights (done)
- new indicators
- new bonnet
- get bodywork sorted

mechanical
- new head gasket
- get head checked due to overheating
- get head skimmed & tested (if necessary)
- attach choke butterfly (removed by PO, god knows why)
- tighten/replace handbrake wire (handle points more up than a stiff c*ck)

(and when I get it running, i'll wash it.
Could have done it now, but the hose was way too short)

as said before, then it's up to the MOT to decide what will come next.
